Sulis Duo are a clarinet duo comprised of Emma Davies and Charlotte Dunling, both of whom are feelance musicians based in Bath.

Emma and Charlotte studied together at Bath Spa University and have been performing together since 2015, when they gave their first performance of Krommer's Concerto for Two Clarinets in St Swithuns Church, Bath. Since then they have performed in venues in and around the city, and have a longstanding association with Wiltshire Rural Music, a charity whose aim is to take high quality live music into the rural communities of Wiltshire.

In the past six years Sulis have shared their music with audiences in town halls, sensory gardens, care homes and schools, and are always looking forward to their next musical adventure.

Both Emma and Charlotte work for Preludes, the outreach and education arm of the Bristol Ensemble, as clarinet and whole class teachers, and Charlotte has recently taken on a managerial role within the organisation

Community music is at the very heart of Emma and Charlotte's individual musical careers, and forms the basis of their aims as an ensemble. They believe music should be accessible to all. Any performance given by Sulis is full of warmth, connection and joy, and this is something they aim to share with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
